Purdue University and METAL Launch Advanced Manufacturing Training Partnership 

Purdue University has partnered with METAL, led by IACMI, to enhance and scale up industry-driven training in metalworking. Purdue has been a core innovation partner with IACMI since 2015, providing leadership for Design, Modeling & Simulation Technology. This expanded partnership builds on that cross-collaboration of research and workforce development.

A $9M Award to Structural Composites Inc. to Leverage IACMI

IACMI member Structural Composites Inc. has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Canaveral Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Sector Gate Project at Port Canaveral. This represents a significant milestone in the adoption of advanced composite materials for critical marine infrastructure and will leverage IACMI’s expertise and collaborative network.
